How It Works
Look at distant text or an object that is just barely blurry — the "blur edge". Blink softly, relax your eyes, and try to bring it into clearer focus. Stay calm. No straining.
Quick Guide
Best Time
Morning natural light works best. Outdoors > indoors.
Frequency
Aim for 1–2 sessions daily. Consistency > duration.
Per Eye
If practicing single-eye, do both sides equally.
Important
Never strain. Soft focus, soft blink. Stop if uncomfortable.
Active Focus is a personal practice for visual awareness and attention. It is not a medical treatment. For any vision concerns, consult a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist.
